Eco-shell - Garage Conversions
What is an Eco-Shell Garage Conversion
Eco-shell structures are structural engineered steel frames that are manufactured offsite then delivered and assembled in half the time of a traditional garage conversion cutting labour time and cost.
Eco-Shell garage conversions are up to 5 x more energy efficient and allow for any finish such as opening up walls to install bi-fold doors to a patio or garden.
With every Eco-Shell garage conversion we use our unique Cocoon double insulation system turning a cold garage space into a warm and cosy room.
Eco-Shell comes pre-prepared for electrical and plumbing wiring allowing speedy installation of underfloor heating or air conditioning for example.
Book a free no obligation design & quote today and receive a full email scope of works within 24 hours of your design quote appointment.
Eco-shell - The latest German home extension technology
What is an Eco-shell structure?
Eco-shell structures are super strong steel inner frame extensions that are constructed offsite then delivered in sections then constructed in super quick speed with next to no mess.
The Structure is so robust with upgraded smart foundations that you can build up to 6 storey high buildings, perfect for double storey home extensions.
The structure also benefits from our cocoon double insulation base, walls and roof system outperforming British building standards by some margin.
All Eco-shell builds come with the Rolls Royce of windows & doors with any style or design incorporated.
A typical Eco-shell build takes on average 5 to 6 weeks from start to finish therefore labour costs are drastically reduced. This allows clients to have a stunning new age space that outperforms building regulations with no mess in a fraction of the time.
All Eco-shell builds meet all industry standards and do not impact on home insurance or mortgage lenders.
Quick Loft Technology
Explain Quick Loft?
We have developed our Eco-Shell technology used in our home extensions into a system that can convert a loft space into a stunning penthouse suite in a fraction of the time of a traditional loft conversion. The Quick Loft comes complete with the choice of roof windows or dormer windows as well as all the bells and whistles such as ensuite bathrooms, underfloor heating as well as restructuring the roof where needed to accommodate a room size that meets building regulations. The Quick Loft cuts down the time and mess associated with a traditional loft conversion while offering a space that is more energy efficient and less stressful on your bank balance, delivered in a fraction of the time.
